Explore Our Offerings — Practical, Safe, & Transparent
VividAshram runs a range of programs designed for contemporary seekers and communities. Each offering is built around
clear learning outcomes, verified safety practices and documentation. We combine traditional approaches with modern
safeguards: qualified teachers, pre-screening for retreats, medical oversight for clinical therapies, and clear consent
for participant interactions. Below you’ll find an overview of core offerings, how bookings work, pricing transparency,
and what to expect when you arrive.

Transformative Yoga & Meditation Retreats
Our retreats are structured learning experiences intended to accelerate practical skills and offer restorative space away from
daily stress. Formats include weekend intensives (2–3 days), 7-day residential courses and tailored longer residencies for groups.
A typical retreat blends daily asana and pranayama, guided meditation, reflective workshops, and evening satsang. Meals are sattvic
and prepared with Ayurvedic principles in mind.
We emphasise safety and inclusivity: each retreat includes a pre-arrival health screening, accessible modifications for physical limitations,
and a certified lead teacher plus assistant ratio to ensure individual attention. Retreat capacity is kept intentionally small to
maintain program quality and to allow meaningful interaction with teachers and peers.

What you will gain
- Practical daily routines that are easy to integrate at home.
- Breath regulation skills for stress resilience and improved sleep.
- Practical tools for ethical community practice and self-care.
Typical pricing & inclusions: Prices vary by season and room type — every listing shows full inclusions (meals, single/shared accommodation, local transfers where applicable). We publish sample price sheets and a clear cancellation policy on each retreat detail page.
Ayurveda Clinic & Herbal Pharmacy
Our clinic provides personalized consultations (Prakriti/dosha assessment), treatment planning and supervised therapies such as Panchakarma where clinically appropriate.
Practitioners are BAMS-qualified or equivalent, and all formulations list ingredients, suggested dosing, and safety notes on product pages.
We never promote herbal products as substitutes for prescribed medications — if you are under medical care, you must disclose prescriptions during consultation.
The clinic follows a triage workflow: intake → assessment → treatment plan → informed consent → supervised administration → follow-up. For complex conditions we recommend co-management with the patient’s physician and provide documentation that patients may share with their primary care provider.
Clinical transparency: product composition and contraindications are shown on each product page in the Ayurveda Shop. We also publish practitioner qualifications and a description of our sterile/preparation procedures to support reviewer verification.
Meditation Workshops & Teacher Training
Short workshops introduce practical meditation skills, trauma-aware breathwork and compassion practices. For aspiring teachers, our teacher training
pathway covers pedagogy, class sequencing, alignment principles, ethics, and supervised teaching practice. Certification is issued after a practical
assessment and is accompanied by a digital teaching portfolio.
Training modules emphasise ethical conduct, informed consent, and referral pathways for mental health concerns. We include reading lists and research
summaries so participants can reference source material. Trainers are listed with full bios and external references where applicable.
Online Courses & Remote Consultations
To reach learners outside our region we offer curated online courses (recorded lessons + live Q&A) and remote consultations that include a written
action plan. Remote clients receive a follow-up summary PDF and guidance on local referral options if in-person care is needed.
Remote services are designed to complement — not replace — local clinical care where required. We document scope and limitations clearly on booking pages
so participants know what to expect.
How to Book, Payments & Safety
Booking is via the Contact form or by emailing info@vividashram.com. For retreats we require a short pre-arrival health questionnaire so we can reasonably accommodate needs. Payment options include UPI, bank transfer and on-site manual payments (details sent at booking).
Cancellation policy is published on every retreat page — we strive for transparent and fair terms. For clinical services, the clinic provides a consent form describing expected benefits, potential side effects, and alternative options. If you use prescription drugs or have a major medical condition, please bring your prescriptions and share details during the intake stage.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Are your teachers qualified?
- Yes. We list teacher qualifications on each profile page; practitioners in the clinic hold recognized clinical or certification credentials.
- Do you accept dietary restrictions?
- Yes. Our kitchen can usually accommodate vegetarian, vegan and common dietary restrictions with advance notice. Please declare allergies when booking.
- Can I join a retreat if I have chronic illness?
- It depends. We assess suitability during pre-arrival screening and may recommend local medical clearance. For clinical therapies, co-management with your physician is advised.
- Are there discounts or scholarships?
- From time to time we offer discounted places for community workers and volunteers; details appear on the Donate and News pages.
Transparency & Evidence
Because we publish content in areas that affect health and wellbeing, our approach includes: named authors for practical articles, links to source materials where claims are made,
and publication of practitioner qualifications. Where scientific evidence exists we link to public resources (Ministry of AYUSH, peer-reviewed studies) so readers and reviewers can
verify claims easily.
If you need more details about a particular offering before booking, please email us and request the retreat syllabus, practitioner CVs, or the product composition documentation for any herbal formula.
