Satvic Weekend Retreat — Slow Down & Reset
A restorative weekend for beginners and experienced practitioners focusing on breath, gentle asana, guided mantra meditation, and reflective practice. Meals are sattvic and vegetarian, prepared per Ayurvedic principles to support digestion and sleep.
Day-by-day syllabus
Day 1 — Arrival & Grounding
- Arrival, orientation & health screening
- Gentle asana session (focus on breath)
- Evening satsang & guided mantra (30 min)
Day 2 — Deepening Practice
- Meditation workshop (45 min) + pranayama practice
- Mindful movement & group reflection
- Integration session: how to bring practice home
Day 3 — Closing & Integration
- Sunrise meditation & short practice
- Closing circle & suggested at-home plan
- Departure after light brunch

Anyone seeking stress reduction, better sleep, or renewed daily rhythm. Suitable for beginners; modifications offered for those with mobility issues.
Booking & Cancellation

Health Screening (required)
Before arrival every participant must complete a brief health screening form (below). If you have heart conditions, uncontrolled hypertension, recent surgery, severe psychiatric conditions, or are on blood-thinning medication, please contact us before booking.
